Canadian Paper Manufacturers Association (CPBMA) – Award Of ExcellenceThe West Coast Select family of smoked salmon packaging has been recognized by the Canadian Paper Manufacturers Association (CPBMA) as the package of the year. The Lorne W. Ballance Award was presented in Toronto on February 11, 2000. The Packaging was designed by RKW Communications Inc., a Vancouver based graphic design firm. The owner of the West Coast Select brand is Sundance Seafood Ltd., also from Vancouver. From among more than 1000 entries, these packages were selected for this award because of “the striking graphics and simplicity of design”.
