BELLT – Bacon, Egg, Lox, Lettuce, and Tomato Wrap


This is a quick and easy brunch or lunch recipe that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.  Perfect for an on-the-go portable breakfast or a fun leisurely brunch with friends.


2 x tortilla wraps

4 scrambled eggs

2 strips crispy bacon

4 slices of West Coast Select sockeye lox

Iceberg lettuce

Tomato slices

Salt & Pepper

Trader Jo’s Everything Bagel Seasoning


Heat tortillas lightly on stove-top grill until charred.  Scramble eggs and set aside.

Lay sliced smoked sockeye lox onto tortillas.  Divide the scrambled eggs between the two tortillas, layer the bacon, tomato, lettuce and season with S&P and TJ’s Bagel seasoning.  Gently fold the sides of the wrap in and roll to form a burrito.  Slice in half and enjoy!  Serves 2 🙂
